I am driven by curiosity and a desire to break down complex systems. This journey started with creating online educational content, and continues today in tech law. Through various projects, I focus on ensuring disruptive innovations are designed responsibly, ethically, and predictably across borders.

Initiative 1: High-Value Commercial Negotiations (KnowBe4)

• The need: Managing commercial tech contracts across global regions. Negotiating high-stakes MSAs, NDAs, RFPs in both English and French.
• The execution: Protecting the business by actively minimizing risk exposure while supporting sales team.

Initiative 2: Web3 Legal Automation & Internal Playbooks (Renno & Co)

• The need: Streamlining access to emerging technology resources by engineering an automated database for Web3 and blockchain legal intelligence.
• The execution: Built an internal operations playbook to optimize how legal teams utilize and compile external resources. Designed custom AI prompts to summarize case law, accelerating corporate research speeds.

Initiative 3: Telecom Product Compliance & Post-Brexit Alignment (Epson Europe)

• The need: Managing the technical homologation processes required for telecom products across MEA region.
• The execution: Successfully led market-entry and pre-import certification implementation across diverse regulatory bodies in EMEA (including Morocco and Mozambique) & updating regional programs to mirror high-stakes post-Brexit modifications.

Equipped with a deeply global legal perspective, I facilitate multi-jurisdictional compliance and cross-functional connectivity across international tech markets.

Having lived in different countries and worked in multiple languages, I understand how to navigate the gap between regions. Very familiar with in East Asian culture via languages studies and personal interest, I’ve worked closely with Japanese teams launching in over 20 countries and supported Asian business owners serving EU customers.
